Rate Limit Queue for Enterprise Customers

Enterprise customers exceeding their outbound call rate limit will now benefit from a more seamless experience. Instead of receiving an error, requests exceeding the quota will be queued and automatically processed later.


Voice Engine 2.0 Updates

Voice Engine 2.0 has been upgraded with several enhancements to improve call quality and reliability:

  • Crosstalk Handling: Enhanced detection and management of overlapping speech for clearer conversations.

  • Voicemail Detection: Improved accuracy in identifying voicemail recordings.
