Don't make breaking changes to the Assistants API endpoints

The assistants list API was recently updated to have a different pagination data structure than it had before.

My code was working fine and with no heads up, the API is now returning a different data structure than before.

There used to be a pagination object with the fields inside. Now the fields are not wrapped in the pagination object.
