We have just introduced a handful of new capabilities to Synthflow including a brand new Widget, improved Voice Engine 2.0, and numerous performance and stability improvements to make Synthflow better than ever!

Our updated Widget combines OpenAI’s realtime technology with powerful actions and customizable voice capabilities. Here’s what’s new:
Voice Agent Embedding: You can now seamlessly embed a Voice Agent widget in your website or application as an iframe.
White Label Support: Customize your widget to reflect your brand identity.
New Access to Actions: The widget now includes access to actions, offering enhanced flexibility and control for real-time interaction.
Powered by OpenAI Realtime or SynthFlow Orchestration: Choose between OpenAI’s realtime technology or our custom SynthFlow orchestration for optimal performance.
Gain even more control over actions with these updates:
Working Hours for Call Transfers: You can now set working hours within the call transfer action, allowing for more precise availability control.
Improved Actions Setup: You can now create and attach native actions directly from the assistant, streamlining the setup process.
Expanded Action Menu: View a comprehensive list of all assistants utilizing each action for easier management.
Timezone Selection and Automated Lead Email in HubSpot Integration: Choose your timezone easily from a dropdown in HubSpot when scheduling with cal.com or real-time bookings (RTB). Lead emails are now sent automatically, eliminating the need for manual mapping.

Enhanced flexibility and streamlined setup for call management:
Custom Caller ID: Customers can now specify a Caller ID that’s different from their phone number, giving greater control over call display.
Improved SIP Trunk Setup: Credentials are now required only for outbound calls, simplifying the setup process.
Editable SIP Trunk Numbers: Make edits to SIP trunk numbers even after they’ve been added, allowing for easy adjustments on the fly.
Voice Engine 2.0 (Orchestrator 2.0) is now our default engine, bringing enhanced performance and new features for your voice interactions:
Available for Sub-Accounts: Voice Engine 2.0 is now accessible across all sub-accounts.
Flexible Voice Engine Selection: Users can switch the voice engine at any time—not only during new assistant creation.
Additional VoiceTech improvements:
Enhanced ElevenLabs Integration: We’ve improved our integration with ElevenLabs, offering smoother, more natural voice interactions.
Reliability Upgrades: VoiceTech now leverages the latest Deepgram SDK, enhancing stability and overall performance.
New Configuration Panel Display: We’ve redesigned the configuration panel for an improved user experience, making it easier to navigate and adjust settings.
