Currently, the platform supports only Twilio for VoIP/SIP services through its integration. While Twilio is a robust and reliable solution, it would be highly advantageous for users to have the flexibility to choose from a variety of VoIP/SIP providers according to their specific needs and preferences.It would be immensely beneficial if the platform could include an option to "Bring Your Own Trunk/Carrier." This feature would allow users to integrate any SIP trunk or VoIP provider of their choice. Currently, when creating a multilingual receptionist, I can create a team of which the lead assistants speaks for example english. If the user would like to speak a different language, they have to say that language in englsh. It would be great if the user could simply start talking, and Synthflow automatically detects which language it is (and then either adjusts to this language or forwards to an assistant with that language). This is possible by letting transcribers of multiple languages transcribe the audio, and then scoring the outcomes to see which language is most likely spoken.

The API for agencies to create sub-accounts needs to have all available fields available for us to input via API. Along with a PUT option if we need to send an update to the sub-account settings. Should be able to add in Twilio info, 11labs, GHL location ID, tab visibility, enabled assistants, teams limits, workflow limits, ability to buy own phones, selected pricing tier.

As long as there is a way to capture the ID of such templated actions, potentially through a GET request, then we can store those ID's or get them in every request and assign that action to the assistant.

It would be a great feature is the Ai could have a current time awareness. Perhaps even UTC and we can in the prompt put the current local time zone and office hours.For many of the business we deal with they would like the Ai to be able to advise the caller that the office is currently closed but I'm your Ai assistant how can I help.

Currently it is only allowed for one in-call transfer to another phone number. This is one of our most common requests from our customers to have unlimited in-call transfers. This makes for a much nicer interphase than a traditional IVR. They can just say I'm calling fro the parts department and boom they get connected I want to talk to sales and boom they get connected.

Allow control over a delay in seconds before the custom greeting will play. When answering the phone from an outbound call, the custom greeting kicks off before you can say hello. Should be able to control the pause before it plays.
