Currently, when creating a multilingual receptionist, I can create a team of which the lead assistants speaks for example english. If the user would like to speak a different language, they have to say that language in englsh. It would be great if the user could simply start talking, and Synthflow automatically detects which language it is (and then either adjusts to this language or forwards to an assistant with that language). This is possible by letting transcribers of multiple languages transcribe the audio, and then scoring the outcomes to see which language is most likely spoken.

Ability to select different outcomes for the call. Booked Appointment, Live Transfer, Not Interested, Do Not Call, Follow Up, etc. And then be able to pass that "outcome" in the post call webhook. This reduces a GPT prompt in the post call workflow to determine the outcome as we make different actions happen based on the outcome.

Since our agency is limited to how many concurrent calls we can have, we should have the ability to set the limit for concurrent calls for each subaccount. There should be a few places to control this.<ol><li>In the agency subaccount settings tab</li><li>In the pricing we setup (so concurrency is set by plan)</li><li>Via API when creating OR updating a subaccount</li></ol>

While Twilio is a robust and reliable solution, it would be highly advantageous for users to have the flexibility to choose from a variety of VoIP/SIP providers according to their specific needs and preferences.It would be immensely beneficial if the platform could include an option to "Bring Your Own Trunk/Carrier." This feature would allow users to integrate any SIP trunk or VoIP provider of their choice. The API for agencies to create sub-accounts needs to have all available fields available for us to input via API. Along with a PUT option if we need to send an update to the sub-account settings. Should be able to add in Twilio info, 11labs, GHL location ID, tab visibility, enabled assistants, teams limits, workflow limits, ability to buy own phones, selected pricing tier.
