Currently, when creating a multilingual receptionist, I can create a team of which the lead assistants speaks for example english. If the user would like to speak a different language, they have to say that language in englsh. It would be great if the user could simply start talking, and Synthflow automatically detects which language it is (and then either adjusts to this language or forwards to an assistant with that language). This is possible by letting transcribers of multiple languages transcribe the audio, and then scoring the outcomes to see which language is most likely spoken.

Is it possible to program an AI assistant in French, and if the person calling speaks English, it automatically switches to English ? Because this is a feature I would need, and I don’t think I’m the only one. Thanks guys

it would be useful if the assistant had dial keypad functionality, for example for letting the user input longer numbers. The transcriber sometimes does not identify those numbers correctly.

Voicemail Detection: Automated detection of voicemail/IVR System and handling automated answering services.<ul><li>FEATURE REQUEST: Allow the AI to listen to the Voicemail/IVR greeting and NOT HANG UP.</li><li>Voicemails and IVR systems are encountered roughly 80% of the time on outbound calls! Each of these calls are ending after 10 seconds with no ability to wait 5 seconds and simulate pressing a button such as 0 for the Operator.</li><li>This is a MAJOR ISSUE and severely limits the adoption of this AI tool for outbound BDR since 80%+ of the outbound calls encounter a voicemail/IVR system and SynthFlow currently ends the call abruptly while capturing the Voicemail greeting in the SynthFlow Post Call Transcript.</li><li>FEATURE REQUEST: Allow the AI to listen and capture the transcript of the greeting and dial (send DTMF tones) for connecting to the right department such as “Press 5 for the Accounting Department”.</li><li>For example/Use Case, listening to the entire IVR/Voicemail greeting and listening for the words “Customer Service” or “Accounting” and dialing the correct number to connect to the “Customer Service” department or the “Accounting” department. </li><li>For example, The greeting says “Thank you for calling Acme corporation, Please dial 1 for the dial by name directory, please dial 5 for the Accounting department or Dial 0 to be connected to someone in Customer Service”. we are a German voiceAI agency, and it’s not optimal to let our clients pay in USD (mainly since the exchange rates may vary which can be risky for them). It would be great if we could charge in different currencies like EUR

I just spent over an hour adding an employee list. Every prompt field was pretty much the same except agent referring to transfer target name. I had to copy/paste, copy/paste, copy/paste, copy/paste, copy/paste 5-6 fields of the same thing within each transfer protocol.

On V1 we built our own API endpoint to fallback to when the Synthflow endpoint did not return a 200 to Twilio. Because of the new SIP logic this is not possible in V2. A plan on how to allow the call to not drop when Synthflow returns an error would be great. Especially after a day like today where all calls were dropped between 9AM-1PM.
