This would be so useful as you don’t necessarily need an agent to connect with a contact but being able to leave a voice mail adds another touch point with the person. Between touch points with email, sms, voice mail and then actually making a connection there is a much higher likelihood of a person responding and remembering you. Believe me I leave about 20 VMs a day and maybe get one connection, but that’s OK because it takes people awhile to get to know you and what you are about. You could run these to just drop VMs in the middle of the night.

This feature would be amazing. It turns a missed touch-point due to no-answer into an actual touchpoint with value. It also increases the likelihood of them answering the next time you call. Please push this through!!

Hi, we need this to use Synthflow for inbound leads going forward. A lot of contacts have voicemails and we need AI agents to be able to leave messages
