Ability to add custom actions, info extractors, real-time booking via API.

When creating an assistant via API, we should be able to also add in the different actions within that agent. As long as there is a way to capture the ID of such templated actions, potentially through a GET request, then we can store those ID's or get them in every request and assign that action to the assistant.
