Ability to add custom actions, info extractors, real-time booking via API.

Feature Request

When creating an assistant via API, we should be able to also add in the different actions within that agent. As long as there is a way to capture the ID of such templated actions, potentially through a GET request, then we can store those ID's or get them in every request and assign that action to the assistant.

    Yeah, this one's a big deal for my company. We're setting up build pipelines to deploy agents, but can't fully do this due to not being able to deploy our actions via api.
