Ability to select default number to use for messaging to handle numbers that do not support messaging

It would be a good feature to enable a setting for the default SMS number that is used when an attempt is made to send an SMS from a number that does not support messaging. I know I can use a webhook of custom action, but you lose a lot of the standard SMS functionality available for use in prompts.
