Ability to structure notes and then send notes in post call webhook

We should have an area, maybe similar to the actions at the top, where we can add the ability to have the Assistant generate call notes and then send the notes via api on the post call webhook.

We should be able to structure the notes ourselves by telling it the type of notes and format we want the notes in.
