I would like to propose a new feature for the voicebot : the ability to adjust the sensitivity of the interruption feature. This enhancement would allow users to fine-tune how responsive the bot is to interruptions during conversations, improving interaction quality and user experience.

Proposed Feature Details:

  1. Adjustable Sensitivity Levels:

    • Low Sensitivity: The bot is less likely to be interrupted, suitable for longer user statements without frequent pauses.

    • Medium Sensitivity: A balanced setting for typical interactions where occasional interruptions are expected.

    • High Sensitivity: The bot is highly responsive to any interruption, ideal for fast-paced conversations or where users frequently interject.

  2. User-Controlled Settings:

    • Users can adjust sensitivity settings via the Synthflow dashboard, allowing customization per specific use cases or scenarios.

  3. Contextual Adaptability:

    • The bot can adapt sensitivity based on conversation context, automatically switching to higher sensitivity in urgent situations or lower sensitivity in more relaxed settings.

  4. Feedback Mechanism:

    • Include a feedback loop where users can rate the bot's interruption handling, helping to fine-tune the sensitivity algorithms over time.
