Agencies Sub-Account API

The API for agencies to create sub-accounts needs to have all available fields available for us to input via API. Along with a PUT option if we need to send an update to the sub-account settings.

Should be able to add in Twilio info, 11labs, GHL location ID, tab visibility, enabled assistants, teams limits, workflow limits, ability to buy own phones, selected pricing tier.
