We need the caller ID to find the caller to a user in our backend. We would combine this with e-mail verification for IT-support (I just created another post to include "Info Extractor" data in live webhooks, so we could ask the user for a PIN-code via e-mail and validate them in the backend before returning customer data). It is crucial that we also have the caller ID (phone number), so we can match the customer automatically.
