conditional call recording

it would be great if there was a feature to conditionally turn on call recording during a call.

If a call is recorded, the person must explicitly agree to be recorded. If they don’t, the call must not continue and the recording must be deleted.
Thus, it would be useful if the recording could be turned on only after the person has explicitly agreed.
