Unlisted: Only people with the link can interact with it.
Private: Restricted access for selected users.

Agent Behavior
Choose the behavior mode:
Professional Use Case: Configured to be more polite, formal, staying on task, and assisting.
Character Use Case: Configured to assume and impersonate identity.
Super Chatty: For casual, laid-back conversations, like talking to a friend.
In this example, select "Professional Use Case".
Dynamic Context
Current Date & Time: Ensure this option is checked to provide the current date and time information.
Timezone: Select the correct timezone (e.g., GMT-07:00 Mountain Time).
Caller Information: Add knowledge about the userโs phone number or email when available.
Interface Customization
Navigate to the "Appearance" or "Customization" tab in your AI agent's settings.
Color Scheme
Primary Color: Choose the main color for your AI agent's interface.
Secondary Color: Choose an additional color to complement the primary color.
Background Color: Select a background color for the interface.
Fonts
Font Style: Choose a font style for the text displayed by your AI agent (e.g., Arial, Times New Roman, Roboto).
Font Size: Adjust the font size for better readability. Options may range from small to large.
Font Color: Select the color for the text.
Button Styles
Button Color: Choose a color for buttons in the interface.
Button Text Color: Select a color for the text on buttons.
Button Size: Adjust the size of the buttons for better user interaction.
Text Customization
Greeting Text Color: Choose a color for the greeting text.
Message Text Color: Select a color for the general message text.
Link Color: Choose a color for hyperlinks.
Interface Layout
Chat Bubble Style: Customize the appearance of chat bubbles (e.g., rounded corners, shadow effect).
Spacing and Padding: Adjust the spacing and padding around elements for a cleaner layout.

If you have predefined actions created, select the ones you want your agent to have access to. Actions are functions that instruct agents what other tools and data sources to interact with.
If there are no actions created yet, you can create them in the 'Actions' tab later.
Credentials
Your user ID will be displayed. Copy it for your records.
Click "Generate Secret Key" to create a secret key for your agent.

Deploy Agent to Phone
If you have a paid plan, you can deploy your AI agent to a phone number. Click "Add a phone number" and follow the instructions. This service typically costs $2.00/month plus charges for minutes spoken.
Finalize and Create
After configuring all settings, click "Create" to finish setting up your AI agent.
