Feature Suggestions for Upgraded Widget

Hi Synflow Dev Team,

I'm excited about the upcoming widget upgrade and wanted to share some feature suggestions:

Prompts Tab:

- Prompt History & Comparison:

- Allow restoring previous prompts or the ability to compare the current prompt with the last one. This would be helpful for identifying and reverting any unintended changes.

Deployment Features:

- All-in-one Widget:

- Can the widget handle both incoming and outgoing calls?

- Expanded Actions:

- Integrate functionalities like booking appointments, sending SMS, call transfer, post-call summaries, custom actions, etc.

Knowledge Base Enhancements:

- Auto-updating Knowledge Base:

- Enable automatic knowledge base updates by providing a URL.

- The ability to use a sitemap URL would be particularly beneficial for large websites.

Assistant Tile Information:

- Improved Assistant Tile Display:

- Currently, assistant tiles only show the assistant name. To improve usability, consider including:

- Company name the assistant is built for.

- A short description or comment.

- Usage statistics (total minutes used, total calls)

Additional Services:

- Twilio Number Setup:

- Following a competitor's model, consider offering a paid service for Twilio number setup (around $2).

Menu Restructuring:

- "Prompts" Menu Item:

- Adding a dedicated "Prompts" menu item for easy access seems logical. Consider its placement within the existing structure.

Visual Enhancements:

- Audio Wave Avatar:

- As an alternative to a picture avatar, explore the option of a dynamic audio wave that moves when the assistant speaks.
