Fix Formatting of Interface to Show all Actions

I am using Google Chrome and my cookies/cache have been cleared but I am unable to access or edit actions without reducing the Zoom to 50%. I cannot test this in any other browsers because I login with my Google Account. Please fix this ASAP.
