GHL and Synthflow Agency Integration

I had a heck of a time connecting the two platforms. Now that I have, when a sub account in GHL logs in, they get a login screen with the custom menu option but can’t login and if they try it just doesn’t update. I think the custom menu link isn’t dynamic to the sub account workspace in Synth.

Any assistance would be great. I’ve been days with no follow up on the help chat
