we are creating assistants for our customers, which they can then test. They can see all calls made under the “calls” tab of the assistant. It would be amazing if users could rate those calls and give some textual feedback, for example: “took a little too long to respond”… for each call.
Like this, we could see their feedback, listen to the recording, read the transcript and then optimise the assistant.
Otherwise, it is hard to know what call the specific feedback is about.
