We would like for the AI to give some information about the customer to the human live agent picking up the call before the transfer.
It would also be great if the AI collected some information from the human agent before the transfer and return that information via webhook.
We are currently running a call queue with a few agents, so we would like to know who got the transfer and also for the live agent to know who they are speaking with beforehand.
