Super useful to have! Would be ace to have conversations in text and be able to edit the agents response which in turn would be used as context for future conversations.
Stretch feature here would to be able to simulate conversations across a variety of outcomes, rank them, tag them so you could have a really solid overview of all outcomes from day 1.
