Setup a secondary/fallback API for network errors

I’m initially posting this with OpenAI in Mind, but it would be great to see for ElevenLabs as well.

It would be great to have a “fallback” connection and be able to set Primary/secondary APIs in case the primary one is down. This way we’re not reliant on a single connection that could potentially fail and cause our calls to drop.

CloseBot (they just do chatbots) does this well - they allow you to connect to OpenAI and Claude, and for each bot set a Primary and a Secondary connection in case the primary is down.
