Spreadsheets in knowledge base

Great webinar today, unfortunately, I could not make it but sent two of my employees to visit and I have already watched the video. It would be great to have spreadsheets into knowledge base. I believe it can solve many problems. You could trigger a webhook to check spreadsheet calendar, you could initiate the call to check spreadsheet to see if it was a previous client. If there was a way to have call summary and add caller details in spreadsheet and have the spreadsheet populated after callers calls, then this could be used to have "memory" of previous calls. A self populating spreadsheet in knowledge base would be a game changer. Again, great product. Google is trying to catch up with you with their Google Assistants. Stay ahead and work fast!
