This is mainly to help the booking action to find correct dates to book a call. On the outbound I can bring this variable in, but not on inbound. So either we can have a tool to use at the start of every call to bring in the system variable, or grab it from somewhere else. Or if there is a way to just bake it into every agent so the AI is aware of the day of the week and the date so it can present days and dates properly.
