Test calls / calls tab

We will like to see in the Calls Tab - Test calls - a list with all the settings used on a specific test call. So we can track which LLM Model was best, which TTS.

Also if we could see there or somewhere there timestamp of 'Prompt last edit' , so we can keep track of when we did changes, what test calls where made.
